How We Work
Most roof calls start with a stain on the ceiling. By then the decking may be soft and your choices are fewer. We would rather meet you a year or two earlier, when a cracked tile, a lifted shingle or a worn pipe boot is still a small fix.
So our visits start with a free inspection. We walk the roof, check the flashing at walls and chimneys, look at the underlayment where we can see it, and check the attic for daylight or water marks. You get photos of what we found and a free written estimate. It splits the work into what needs doing now, what can wait a season or two, and what to keep an eye on.
We are a licensed roofing contractor, CSLB 1092407 (C-39), and we are insured. When a new roof is the right call, a GAF System Plus manufacturer limited warranty is available on qualifying roofs. When a repair will hold, we say so and price the repair.

You will know which items affect your home this year and which ones can wait. That makes it easier to plan a roof replacement around your savings instead of around a leak.
Every cost on its own line
Materials, labor, tear-off, decking and the permit each get their own entry on your estimate. Now and then we find rot hiding under old shingles. When that happens, we stop, send you photos and agree on the change with you before the crew keeps going.
Ways to spread the cost
Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval. Some owners use it. Others use our estimate to set money aside and book the work for a later month.
Straight help with insurance
If wind or a fallen limb damaged your roof, we work directly with your insurance claim. We document the damage and can meet the adjuster, but the adjuster makes the coverage decision, not us.

Our crew works out of Signal Hill and takes jobs in Long Beach, Lakewood, Carson, Bellflower, Downey, Norwalk, Compton, South Gate, Hawaiian Gardens and Rossmoor. Plenty of roofs here are tile or asphalt shingle that have been patched more than once, and many have a low-slope section over a porch or addition. We handle roof repair, gutters, tile roofing, flat roofing and the rest of the roof in one plan.
